MANAGEMENT FEES
In a nut shell, our management fees are simply 8% of the rental income. Why only 8%? We have been able to streamline our management process to keep our costs to a minimum while still providing the best service possible to our clients. Therefore we pass the savings on to you! That is why you bought an investment property right? You want to make money. There are a lot of companies out there that will charge you 10%, 11% 12% or more! Not Advantage Team Property Management. Just 8%.
We also provide services at no additional charge such as tenant acquisition, advertising, tenant move-outs etc. Many companies will tell you they only charge some percentage of the rental income but then they nickle and dime you with crazy charges. Advantage Team Property Management is upfront about our fees. Just 8%.
Is there a setup fee for new accounts? No.
What other benefits do you provide? We not only have a partner maintenance company that we have created a long time relationship with, we also have long time relationships with service providers such as cleaners and carpet cleaners to reduce the maintenance cost of your investment property.
We can also provide complete remodel services for your property. This helps maintain the marketability of your property ensuring your property is always rented and receives the highest rental income possible.
What if I only need help with finding a tenant?
No problem. We will advertise your property for you at a nominal fee of 40% of the 1st months rent. We will field all calls and handle showings of the property. We can even negotiate the lease for your. However, unlike the services mentioned above once the lease has been negotiated our services end and you will be the emergency contact as well as have the responsibility of collecting rent from your tenants.
